How are Nova Diamonds wedding rings made?
Wedding rings are made to order to the specification you select, including profile, precious metal, width, depth, finger size, finish and optional engraving.
How long will my ring take to make?
Normal production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Your order portal will show its progress after purchase.
Where do you deliver?
Website orders are currently accepted for delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery is free and insured.
Why can the price change with ring size?
Larger finger sizes require more precious metal. The configurator refreshes the price for the exact combination selected.
Can I order more than one ring?
Yes. After configuring the first ring, choose Configure Another Ring. Each ring keeps its own specification and can be checked out together.
Can my ring be engraved?
Yes. Supported engraving can be entered in the configurator. Check spelling, dates and punctuation carefully before ordering.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. Whether a change is possible depends on the production stage and the nature of the requested change.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
It covers confirmed manufacturing faults for the original purchaser. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, theft or unauthorised work.
Do you have a showroom?
Nova Diamonds is an online jeweller. Guidance is available by email, telephone and WhatsApp.
How do returns work?
Eligibility depends on the item and circumstances. Read the Refund & Returns policy before ordering; statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.
